Teeth!

Okay, really it's just tooth, but one of those things has poked through inside my mouth last Friday. Mommy thought she could feel it but couldn't see it. Daddy said the same thing, but this morning with their eagle eyes, they saw it.

Of course I can't see it yet, so I'm taking their word for it. All I know is it feels different, I keep running my tongue over it wondering if it'll go away, but I'm thinking it won't.

For those who might be keeping count, it's the bottom left front tooth (is this a sign I might be left-handed??? Or is that reading too much into a little thing?).

Oh and to close this post, mommy and daddy measured me last night for my 7-month stats and I'm shade over 17 pounds now, but I'm same the length I was at 6-months. But best of all, my head grew about 3/4 of an inch - all brains guys, all brains!

7 months and counting

Hey everyone, it's been a while....but last weekend I hit my 7-month birthday! I have to learn the birthday song one of these months.

It's been a busy month around here. Mommy's on Spring Break this week, so she's had some time to relax. Her 8th grade band did pretty well at their contest festival recently and she was really proud of her students.

But more about me!! I'm doing real well at sitting up on my own, don't quite have it down pat, but I'm getting closer. I've been flipping over in my crib sometimes too, but I'm not a big fan of being on my stomach...too tiring.

Mommy and daddy tell me I don't have any teeth coming in yet. Those must be something that grows in my mouth because they keep looking in there. I wonder if teeth are related to drool because boy oh boy do I like to drool.

Today was fun too. Mommy took me to daddy's office again and we got to see a bunch of his co-workers. They oohed and ahhed over me for some reason or another and then we went to lunch with their friend Dave (he's got twin boys of his own, so here's a shout out to Gabe and Mitch!).

What a great day, especially with the weather being so great too...well that's all for me today, it's time for bed!
